Gucci sought a unified digital experience to serve two key audiences: luxury shoppers looking for a seamless e-commerce experience and store associates who needed efficient tools to assist customers. The challenge was to develop a platform that preserved Gucci's luxury brand identity while eliminating the barriers between digital and physical retail experiences. My approach was to design a comprehensive digital ecosystem that bridges the gap between online shopping and in-store experiences, empowering both customers and store staff.
