In my role within the Strategy and Delivery Engagement team, I focused on communicating the roadmap and benefits of the ServiceWA (Digital) program. During my time at Digital Government, I contributed to initiatives such as GovNext-ICT, G2G Pass, and ServiceWA, while also assisting with documenting business processes, managing risks and issues, and designing user experience solutions for the app. ServiceWA serves as the digital identity application for Western Australia and includes two key services: G2G, where users can link their G2G accounts, apply for passes, and present them upon arrival; and SafeWA, which allows users to scan SafeWA QR codes. Ultimately, this app is a comprehensive government initiative aimed at providing the public with access to a wide array of government services.
