Revamping the payment experience for HSBC credit card users aims to simplify transactions and improve rewards redemption through the "Rewards" App. A key challenge is helping users find offers that match their interests using data-driven features within the app, making the search more convenient and tailored. To achieve this, I conducted research studies and experiments, including usability tests and surveys, to analyse findings and validate potential product changes.
